All orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays. (orders received Thursday-Sunday will be sent Monday , Orders received Monday-Wednesday sent Thursday ) We will not dispatch any orders until full payment has been received. In the unlikely event that we cannot dispatch the product you ordered on the specified day we will notify you by email. In this case you will be offered a refund or a comparable product.Most International orders are sent direct from Thailand by standard registered post. Express EMS parcel service is also available although we would recommend this only for UK Customers. Courier parcels attract much more interest at customs than Standard airmail items and as such , if the product is illegal in the customers respective country and is confiscated we cannot resend the item.
If you require your order to be sent by EMS please contact us quoting your order number , this service will incur an extra cost to the customer.We have a flat rate shipping policy of £10 per order , This price covers all products in the order sent to a single address , not per product. All orders over £100 will automatically be charged with free shipping. All packets will need to be signed for by the receiver. All packets are sent in plain unmarked packaging with no reference to our company name or the contents of the packet. (No customs declaration is required for this type of package).For our UK customers we will sometimes send certain products by domestic Royal Mail post , Items will be sent by recorded delivery . This service is dependant on stock in the UK and is not available for all products. Delivery times with standard airmail are 7-14 days for the UK and around 10-20 days for Europe but postage times do sometimes take as long as 30 days so we ask you to please be patient. We will email proof of postage at the customers request .You will receive an email confirmation from us when your order has been dispatched . This will include the date the parcel was sent and the parcel number. Full tracking is not available with this service but you will be able to check this number on the website of your countries respective postal website . Information available will be date that parcel entered the customers respective country , and delivery date.
